1
What is home care?
Home care provides professional support services that allow a person to live safely in their home. These services can include personal care (like bathing or dressing), companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation.
2
Who can benefit from home care services?
Home care is ideal for seniors, individuals recovering from surgery, people living with chronic illnesses or disabilities, or anyone who needs support with daily activities and wants to remain independent at home.
3
Are your caregivers trained and certified?
Yes. All of our caregivers go through a thorough background check and are trained in CPR, first aid, and relevant care skills. Most are certified home health aides (CHHAs). We provide ongoing training to ensure high-quality care and have a selective hiring process to ensure the best for your family.
4
How quickly can services begin?
In many cases, services can start within 24 to 48 hours after an initial consultation and assessment. We understand that some situations require immediate assistance, and we do our best to accommodate urgent needs.
5
Do I get to choose my caregiver?
Absolutely. We take the time to match each client with a caregiver whose skills, personality, and availability are the best fit. Your comfort and peace of mind are our top priorities.
6
Can I change my caregiver if it's not a good match?
Yes. If you ever feel the caregiver isn’t the right fit, we will work with you to make a change promptly. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
7
How are your services scheduled? Can I get help part-time or full-time?
Our services are flexible. We offer care from just a few hours a week to 24/7 live-in assistance. We have a minimum of 12 hours of care per week. We’ll customize a care plan that suits your schedule, budget, and needs.
